Temporary

Our staff have been supplying temporary and contract personnel to the oil & gas, offshore wind & heavy engineering industry for a combined total of 50 years. We understand most temporary requirements are time sensitive and securing an appropriately skilled and ready-to-work contractor as quickly as possible is essential to our clients.

Buckley Specialist Recruitment know that contract requirements often need to be filled urgently so that project goals are not compromised and penalty clauses are not enforced.  Responsiveness is one of our key strengths, it’s very rare we don’t deliver the right candidate ahead of our competition. If it means searching through the night to make sure a person is on site or at the heliport at 7am we make sure it happens.

On finding the right candidate the onboarding process is equally as important as finding the person. Our online process guides our candidates through the essential terms of their employment, our client’s expectations, what to expect and offers advice and support should they need it.  Nothing is missed out and every detail is totally transparent ensuring no unwelcome surprises or grievances arise when they report for duty.  Being committed to reducing the time to hire, our contractors are immediately engaged with their work and can concentrate on delivering value from day one safe in the knowledge their administrative responsibility is complete, qualifications and certificates have been verified and filed, and that we’re doing our bit in the background by regularly keeping them up to date with both SMS and email notifications throughout each stage of the onboarding process. We endeavor to have each worker compliant, set up for payroll and in receipt of comprehensive timesheet instructions in advance of them reporting to work.

Every temporary contractor we put out to work must agree in advance to adhere to our Alcohol, Drugs & Illegal Substances policy, our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, Confidentiality Agreement and Data Protection Policy.
