Our Onboarding Process

A full itinerary is sent to you within 30 minutes of accepting an assignment. This will detail everything you need to know about the assignment including a full break down of rates, when overtime takes effect, where to go, directions, who to report to, website address, expectations and much more.  No piece of information will be missed as we operate with total transparency always.

Included in the assignment confirmation will be a link to complete our registration form. This is extensive and takes 10-15 minutes to complete. You will upload your identification, qualifications and certification as well as assignment specific documentation as required. It also runs through our payroll options in depth.  Everything we need from you is obtained by completing our registration form and it must be done prior to arriving on site so you can focus on your new assignment as soon as you report for duty with no administration distractions. On receipt of your completed registration form, you receive notification by email and SMS that registration is complete.

Within 24 hours of completing our registration form your assignment schedule and contract of employment will be issued via email automatically. You will also receive instructions on how to access your online portal and etimesheet mobile app. You will need to click the link, create a password and submit your hours every week via the app or online no later than 12 noon every Tuesday. Your line manager will receive your etimesheet within seconds of you hitting the submit button and will either approve or reject your hours. It’s always a good practice to log in on Wednesday morning to check that your timesheet has been approved as it is your responsibility to ensure your line manager approves it in time for processing, however reminders will be sent via SMS.

You will always have access to your timesheets, pay slips and invoices because they are all securely saved in your portal to download at your convenience.

Working Abroad

Accepting an assignment overseas can be a scary prospect at first but you’ll quickly be assured there isn’t anything to worry about.

We promise to ensure you are in receipt of a fully comprehensive itinerary well in advance of leaving the country. We will make sure all provisions have been made for you in advance and we will issue you with our working abroad handbook.  Every aspect will be taken care of so there’s nothing to worry about.  Some of the services we offer to support you include visa/passport/work permit applications, travel arrangements, airport transfers and accommodation assistance, medicals, inoculations and testing, insurances and security information.  You will be given a 24-hour mobile contact number so you are safe in the knowledge someone is always there to help[/mpc_textblock][vc_empty_space height=”52px”][vc_empty_space height=”52px”][vc_empty_space height=”52px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
