We specialize in the same day mobilization of skilled offshore contractors and operate a core crew of technicians & trade persons who we can retain by ensuring our dedicated, tenacious offshore team find each individual their next contract whilst they are at home on leave. This isn’t always possible but we’ve managed to keep over 100 contractors in continuous work, with very few gaps in employment, for the past 3 years.  This is partly because they are repeatedly asked for by our clients when they have a need that requires external support.  Our Core Crew have a strong bond with our consultants but also with our clients and we will do our utmost to keep them in consistent work.  Whether your requirement is for one worker for one trip, or you need a full squad of multidiscipline technicians we should be your first port of call.  We will be able to give you names and detailed profiles of our available candidates, and those due to become available, immediately on taking your call thanks to our real time offshore candidate availability software.

If it’s a last-minute request at 5pm and it means our team searching through the night to make sure the right person is at the check in for 6am we will make it sure it happens.
