Europe faces offshore wind bottlenecks without new investment – analyst

European countries must make new investments in new offshore wind manufacturing or face bottlenecks from 2030 that will cripple the west’s ability to match expected demand, according to a new report from offshore wind intelligence firm Aegir Insights.
